Not beating myself up about the light workouts instead patting myself on the back for moving!

Thoughts and then my list I had a big and amazing “underground dinner” planned for this evening so I tried to keep it fairly light during the day. Not many snacks just one hunk o’ cheese before heading to the dinner…showing up ravenous is never a good idea

Breakfast
1 Protein shake (copy paste, surprise surprise)
1.5 scoops whey
1 handful strawberries
1 scoop green powder

Lunch
Brazil Steakhouse- YUM!
Chicken thigh
Sirloin Piece
Other meats (see above photo)
Tons of cabbage
Tomatoes Slices
1 piece of broccoli (yeah, 1 piece)
Roasted Pineapple (such and amazing dessert)

Dinner

Well, if you saw what I ate (or should I say drank) last night, no surprise I woke-up slightly dehydrated and moving a little slow but no less determined, after some water and a long and slow walk I was ready to move!

4 Rounds
12 Weighted Back Lunges (holding a 20lbs KB)
15 Push Ups
15 KB swings (36lbs KB)

Bonus Round: Hip stretches.. I am so tight its embarrassing

Woot! Am feeling good. I woke up a bit sore this morning, got in a full 12 minutes of workout yesterday (will post this soon, I want to post with a video). I only had 10 minutes this morning so I:

Warmed Up

  • Knee Hugs
  • Golf Swings
  • Moon-the-Sky
  • Hip Stretch

Quickie

  • 4 rounds
  • 20 36lbs KB swings
  • 15 Reptiles.

Managed to work up a sweat , get my heart rate going, and most importantly pat myself on the back for doing more this week than I did last week!
